I like looking unique and that is another plus to shopping second hand. I will be on the lookout for thrift stores in the DC area...that is after my shopping moratorium next year.As Americans look for ways to cut spending, they are scooping up bargain clothes, accessories, toys and furniture once owned by someone else.
